New Releases going strong.

Decanting and vatting the small barrels from the same spirit run into larger casks, to reduce the loss to the angels.

These small casks give a rapid interaction with the oak, but at a price, with the large spirit loss.

The two current releases are as a result of this, the "Ultimatum" being casks 32,33,34,35 & 36.., all from spirit run #11.

The current "Supremacy" is the vatting of casks 25,26,27 & 28, all from spirit run #9.

We are now using 100 litre casks, plus a few 200 & 300 litre casks, for the long term.
